Running archive of this little life with plans to focus more on Pacific Northwest geology.
Currently: Geological finds, roadtrip clips, funny capitalism things, concerts, high school, cats, rescue chinchillas, 90s home videos, delightfully bad claymation and other bizarre content. Again-hopefully more specimen and rockhounding specific content to come in 2023.

I was down to the left. 200 level. What was the song with all the quotes behind her?
Potentially “Thank U,” which I put in the playlist that this video is in. At the beginning it had some. It was such a good show.
Wow she’s a genius ❤
I wasn't there with the crowd but I heard she was the bomb!! I believe it. She's always been an awesome performer. 👍👍👍❤️
“A celebration of every Blink-182 song ever..”
“Nice pheromones, Portland.”
“Is it wrong that I want to fuck your man??” 😂
This is incredible! Love it.
Holy shit, did not expect to hear that at a blink concert.
best song bob dylan never wrote
Im not getting any sound 😢
I was sick and I missed this. Thank you so much for uploading. I am crying.
Why are the dancers not that good/in sync?
she came to my city last night and played this, her music is so amazing
i was there. i cried so much
This one's a little more sad.
Wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing these songs you captured.
so pure and beautiful....like from heaven..
she was going to play this in oakland but then changed at the last second 😵💫

Yaay!! Having the live versions is so special to me and it’s wonderful that others share that feeling too ❤❤

It’s priceless and I’m super happy to share. It was an incredible show. I looooved…
Thank youuu
Isn't this the song the guy sitting on the stairs in Animal House was singing?
Nope.
Is this an example of why Dylan grabbed the guitar out of Donovan’s hands in Don’t Look Back?
Best evocation of melancholy ever

One of my favorite artists of my heyday
beautiful
Great song...but "Season of the Witch" is the BEST!!!!!
rip grandma
Thank you.
This song 🎶 indeed is beautiful and pleasant as well. It sounds poetic and only Donovan can record something as beautiful as this. Songs in those days not only very beautiful but times in those days were rather simpler and music 🎼 had meaning and a message.
Bad English, but me and two old hippie chick's had this same conversation at the laundromat the other day while listening to the " oldies".
This is a really bad version.
Loving this from Lima, Peru.
In the chilly hours and minutes of uncertainty, I want to be, long to be ...di da da da ... wanna be standing in our heart..........together💘
One of my favorites he is awesome 😊
Way back then, when I was young, Donovan saved me from myself and I changed my evil ways. 4/2024 and I'm still here. Thank you Donovan.
Same thing happened to me - his music was a Godsend to me during a very dangerous time of my adolescence! I composed one of my 2 greatest poems during that time. God sends certain people into our life as a rescue line. He also called me OUT OF THE WATER at age 13 and told me "Swim to shore, there is death in the water." I complied immediately. Minutes later 2 blue sharks were circling the Deepwater raft ... first time they'd appeared in our beach in Connecticut. The year before, at my Aunt & Uncle's summer home on Fort Myers Beach, my cousin and I were saved from a 20-foot hammerhead shark attack by a pod of dolphins who intercepted the shark, sent one dolphin in to us and gave us a shepherding signal (a foot away from me!), then it turned around and sped back to join the pod to help ram it to death. Yes, God's care is real. When I needed the mystical music of Donovan, it was there to soothe me. Hear his sing "CELESTE". My buddy and I saw him play it in concert in '68 at Yale. So glad to hear of your rescue!! God bless you.
@@RobertEmmettHenry That's great Robert. People do come into our lives for a reason. The key is to let it flow and not force anything. I was a petty criminal with a chip on my shoulder running in the alley ways. The album Fairy-Tale came into my hands and lifted my spirit. Changed me in ways I can't explain. I guess I learned gentle respect. I have a channel here playing the 12 string. You might like it. Peace.
LOVE. PEACE. God Bless
@@RobertEmmettHenry What a great testament to the power of whatever it is that speaks to our minds and protects us.
funny you mention that. there was an interview i heard on NPR about 20 years ago where he was talking about his glory days. i don't remember it verbatim but basically one day at the height of everything it occurred to him that he and all of these other musicians had a moral obligation to set good examples for the people who admired them and bought their music. he then pointed out his career began to decline after this revelation. but he didn't change his mindset. he seemed to be at peace with it.

Ah Smart kitty!
Definitely one f4om the 68/69 era.
What's with all the racket kicking in @ 2:30? From sublime to unlistenable in a flash.
I've never heard this version before. This is fantastic! Thanks for uploading.👍👍👍👍👍

Best music and artist of all time. I knew my dad cared when he sent me a taped version of Donovan’s greatest hits while I was away in basic training in the ‘70s
Donovan's best Version from "Catch The Wind" !!! ❤
I love the crackle and pop of old vinyls.
Why? I'm 72, I loved the advent of CDs and digital sound and the cleanness.
I do too. CDs sound like crap by comparison.
